What is the basis for a great fitness program?
"You have to factor in cardiovascular work, strength training, movement and flexibility, functional training and outside the gym… nutrition, hydration, supplementation and sleep. The problem is that most people focus on one aspect of fitness and think they are going to get results. I lift weights all the time, why am I not fit? They don’t embrace the concept of complete fitness which includes strength training, cardio, a healthy diet and plenty of sleep."
